Where is Brno? It looks like an abreviation, Surely someone has hern of this pernicious Malware?
I cannot describe it more accurately and there is no way of uploading a screen shot.

I have tried to describe it to the best of my abilities. I do not know how to dig deeper with it because it just gets worse.Something like this next word (in green) Hello o>  This is best description I can do. Cannot upload a screen shot. Have you people never seen something like this. Am I the only one to experience this in the world. Please google my description.

Hi Tim,
Only description I found is "Ad Malware that is an green underscore and a circle arrow." not really sure what it is.
I always recommend in such cases to uninstall all unknown/unused programs and browser addons.
