Hi, I have paid for 1 year subscription for Avg internet security-unlimited. I have received a email with the order no but when i go to my account there is no paid subscription. I have been to the my avg dashboard and I've tried logging out and logging back in . it says activating internet security. but nothing happens. I have done a restart also but im still on the free avg. could you please help. or i will be asking for a refund. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. We are unable to find any active AVG subscription in your account. I see that the recent order of AVG Internet Security did not synchronize with your account. I have escalated this issue to the concerned team, once the issue is resolved, you will be contacted via this community post. After which you will be able to activate AVG Internet Security in your computer.

Thank you for the confirmation that AVG Internet Security - Unlimited is active in your AVG MyAccount. Regarding AVG Internet Security activation on your desktop, I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > logout > wait for 2 minutes > login again to an existing network using your email address. Your AVG Internet Security program will be activated automatically (you might need a computer reboot).
