I'm having the same issue. What was the resolution???

Thank you for understanding.
I'm having the same issue. My computer shut down by itself last night and when I turned it on this morning, I get this notice overlaid on my AVG Internet Security panel: "Not able to detect local file path, please contact to support." Notice the "contact to support". Is that something significant?

Any idea what causes that?

Hello Joan.
Could you confirm the version of Windows operating system installed on your PC and if you are a paid user of AVG AntiTrack?
