Not able to find/use AVG product purchased

I purchased 2 products AVG:
1.- AVG Internet Security
1-year subscription, Unlimited devices
Billed annually
US$39.99 
2.-AVG TuneUp
1-year subscription, Unlimited devices
Billed annually
US$44.99
In my AVG account is not on records, and in my computer it is not reflected, only the trail version.
These 2 products I purchased using AVG web site and I got the confirmation in my email, however I cannot find these products in my computer and I cant find any solution in any AVG web site support areas.
Can anybody help me? I spent a lot of money in 2 AVG products and are not on records and not operative.
