Not able to follow links from Outlook

Let's take a look into this. Are you encountering the error while trying to use the link in any particular browser? Or have you tried to use the link in all the browsers of your PC and encountering the same error? If so, please share the screenshot of that error message to assist further.

I get an error message from Microsoft when I try to follow a link to a website from an email.  This just started happening. Microsoft said to check firewall or virus software.  disabling the firewall didn't help?  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

This was a pop up from "Microsoft Outlook." Print screan wouldn't work  so I can't give you the picture.  I was able to get a "screan shoot" by using the One Note snipping tool but it will only go to one note and I don't know how to get it out of there to show you.  It says "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you… For more info. pleease contact your help desk."
I don't know how they got the idea tha I am an organization.I sure wish that I did have  help desk.  Looks like I miight have to give up using microsoft products because I sure can't figure them out. 
I was able to watch the video that I wanted because I was able to find a link to it from a website but I can't finfoolo andy links that people put in an email now.
