Bought the product 2 weeks ago used to download to one computer . Unable to see subscription to use to another computer . How will I use the subscription if not able to see the product on my account ?

A faster easy way if you have "saved" the download, is to copy it to a USB memory stick, and copy from there to your second computer. As long as you have some record of your activation key, you can complete that second installation.
I have done that several times when renewing hardware on our PCs.
