Hello Harold,

We aren't sure why this is happening.
Let us check whether the issue is due to AVG so we can proceed further.
Right click on AVG system tray icon and slide the cursor to turn off the protection.
Keep me informed about the status.

Hi,

I am currently running Windows 7 and office 2010. I have AVG ultimate in my computer. In the last 2 months, I have been experiencing a problem where I cannot send or receive email from my gmail account. All other email accounts are fine.

Any one have this issue before and have a solution?
