Not ablw to establish my VPN connection

Hello,
Since the last update of AVG I’m not able to reach my VPN established by FortiClient VPN.
It states: Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable.

I have the following licences:
AVG Anti track
AVG Internet Security
AVG Secure VPN
AVG Tune up.
