We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Repeated prompt to 'restart' your computer after AVG update is a known issue and you can resolve the issue by following the instructions in http://avgread.me/1bISm7n .We also recommend you to reinstall a new version (2016) of your AVG program. We suggest you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then install your AVG program by downloading from http://www.avg.com/us-en/download .Thank you.

Pretty much everytime I use my computer, I get a notice saying I have to reboot my computer to finishing installing updates for AVG 2013.  No matter how many times I reboot, I still get the same message.  Well, that got super annoying very quick.  So then I decided to just uninstall the program.  It won't let me do that, however.  I get a message saying:

Service 'AVGIDSAgent' (AVGIDSAgent) could not be deleted. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to remove system services.

Error code: 0xC0070643.
…

What can I do to uninstall this?
