I’ve been charged for my subscription but cannot access the vpn service as I’ve try to log in the message I’m getting back as response is that there is no subscription associated with my account???
Im logging from my new device which iPhone but I’ve used my android to purchased my subscription…
Also I can use the customer support on my
mobile app only if I’m subscribed.
So the system doesn’t recognise my subscription for whatever reason?
Any advice will be well appreciated.
