Not connecting to update server

Im not sure where to see that. All I can see is that it is windows XP professionals. The AVG was working fine till this last update to server failed. I have been using it for more than a year?

My updates also say it is not able to connect to the update server. have tried the repair link but it is still not working?

Thank you for the information. Please check if you have Service Pacck 3 of Windows XP installed in your computer. The latest version of AVG works fine only with the computer that has Windows XP SP3 installed.

Step 1: Press Windows button along with pause break.
Step 2: You will be getting a dialog box in your screen.
