Hi I have a NOT FULLY PROTECTED MESSAGE on the 2 x Left Hand Icons. I tried using FIX PROBLEM BUTTON to no avail. Any ideas as AVG is letting me down again. I payed and have used for 2 years. Trying to speak to a TECH is usless.
