Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have AVG Internet Security in your account. To get the issue fixed, we request to remove all the traces of AVG product we request AVG remover tool in your pc and then reinstall AVG back in your pc. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
Clicked on the link to repair, which suggested a reboot.
After reboot, the same problem exists. Thanks to any suggestions.
