Not fully protected

Note : Please use the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Anti Virus again.

AVG is stating that software is not protected date on my computer. When i try to update, the message comes up that they are unable to complete this. Any ideas
