Not getting what I paid for

As we checked with our records, you have purchased AVG Ultimate (2 years subscription) which is valid till 2019.4.10.

Today I bought a 2 year subscription for ABG Ultimate and paid immediately.  It says for multiple devices. 
I logged into my account to download onto my iPad and my iPhone and got the message that I have no purchases recorded on my account.  I click to find out why and get an excuse that they are upgrading their systems.  Poor service I have to download when you say after I perchased already.  Think I may cancel the order and demand immediate refund.  Not happy at all.
