The only product i ever ordered is AVG Internet security starting march 2019 for 2 years and paid for by ideal.
In may 2019 you announced the prolongation of AVG tune up and charged it to my creditcard allthough I never authorized the use of my creditcard. I ordered my creditcard company to refuse payment…Today, april 24 2020 you remind me again by e-mail of the prolongation of AVG Tue Up per june 8 (ordernumber 13493046510) I underline the fact that i never ordered or used AVG tune up and will instruct my creditcard company not to pay any invoice related.
