hi, i already bought a new license for tune up but did not receive a mail within the new license number to renew my tune up. I'm trying to contact to avg-support several days now. GGGGRRRR.
and when i login by my account, i can't see any information of my history. But when i download my licenses from the past i receive a long mail with all the information. But NOT my latest renewal of tune up. WHY ???
