Not receiving Email to change password and AVG not recognising key

HI AVG Support I cant log into my MyAccount due to forgot password so filled in form to change Password and it never Arrives also iv renewed my Sub and AVG wont recognise the key I have received iv uninstalled AVG security suite and reinstalled and still doesn't recognise it. at the moment got the 30 days free protection running but i would like to add my sub.

can you check for the Email Larky2k@hotmail.com?
