I haven't received any emails from AVG! I was recently charged for products but received NO EMAIL to alert me, thank goodness I checked my bank account to see I was charged. I then requested refunds for all the products I had been charged for and have been told I will receive an email but nothing has come in at all, ever.
I'm a little concerned about the lack of communication between me and AVG and and scared for the lack of knowledge I have about the situation
