I wanted to cancel my AVG TuneUp free trial subsbriction but the password I type in is said to be incorrect. The problem is that "forgot password" option doesn't work - I haven't received the verification link even though It was supposed to be sent over 2 hours ago. So I created another account to write this ticket. (using gmail, since my other email didn't work as well). I checked if the problem is with my email, but other sites work as intented. The trial ends on 7th of February so I wanted to cut my credit card information from my account before that. My original account is (email address removed for privacy reason)
