Not receiving password reset email

Hi I have recently purchased AVG Performance Using my Gmail ID and when i enter my details while installation it says user name or password incorrect which i used while purchasing the product.
When i click on forgot password it says enter your Email address to get the password and i get nothing in my mail box when checked in spam also finding it difficult to use your subscription which i have already paid for request your assistance to know the Email address i used to get the service because when i use the same Email ID to create a new account it says email ID already exist.

Forgot my password and not receiving the reset email. This appears to have happened before so hopefully can get sorted soon. I have had to make a new account (signed in with fb) to be able to post here. looking to get this sorted as i am only using your free version while I have paid for the full version.
