Not recognizing license

This issue should have happened due to activation issue.
Could you please open AVG Zen interface and check whether your email address is displayed at the top of it?

Hi.  I have a current AVG ultimate subscription.  I just went to install AVG on a new Windows 10 machine.  I downloaded and installed the zen application and clicked on protection pro.  It ran the scan ok but it tells me that it expires in 29 days.  Did I download the wrong thing or do I have to do something to register it as part of my subscription
