Are you trying to login from AVG interface or from web page?

If from web page, please try to login to your AVG account from a different web browser and check.

When I try to log in I am getting the message that I do not have either the correct email or password. Pretty sure I have the right email as I receive email from avg, so assuming the password isn't correct. Although, I was able to log in to ask about my problem??? I tried having the password sent to my email, but that isn't working either.
