I do have an active AVG Antivirus subscription, and I went through and got a 60 day free subscription to try AVG TuneUp. I keep getting the error message "sorry, something went wrong" and it won't recognize my subscriptions. I have downloaded and uninstalled and redownloaded three times now on each software. I don't understand why it won't work. Please assist, thank you.
