I had NO automatic renewal order. Also, the linked credit card had expired and you sent me several emails saying "Your subscription to AVG Internet Security will expire on July 28, 2020 because we cannot process your payment.
The reason for this may be that the card ending in (data removed) has been blocked, expired or will expire before the renewal date (July 13, 2020) . ", so I assumed that renewal was impossible.
However today, without knowing how, I received an email with the renewal.
PLEASE CANCEL THE CHARGE ON THE CARD AND CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION
