Not requested renewal

On October 7 2021 I have the surprise that I was charged with a new year subscription, honestly, I even did not remember who AVG was and why I was charged. I uninstalled the program after few month of use due continuous “selling adds” pop ups interfering with my work and did not received the renewal mail as a reminder you should send, as stated in the contract
I can’t even know my contract number, because when requested to AVG web; none of my mail addressees show invoicing history. How could you accept my payment in October 2020 and now charged again on October 7, 2021 and none of my mail addressees reflect it
I do not use your software and I do not accept the automatic renewal, so please refund the payment charger on October 7 2021.
