Not scanning outlook 2013 emails

Do you mean uninstall AVG and reinstall AVG or did you mean Outlook 2013?

I have AVG Internet Security and since switching my email from a POP account to an IMAP account, new emails aren't scanned.   The toolbar shows AVG Settings but nothing is scanned.

When I go to a POP account, email is scanned.

In all cases I am using Outlook 2013 as a client and outlook.com is the email service
