my VPN does not start when my PC starts even though it is set to do so.

To discuss about your duplicate subscriptions, we have sent you an email and asked your confirmation. 
Please revert to our email for further assistance.
Please open AVG Secure VPN program window. Click on "gear" icon to open settings. Click on "Network Security" and check whether the box that says "Exclude Trusted private network" is selected. If yes, uncheck it and then restart your PC. Your AVG Secure VPN has to be turned on.
