Not sure what I paid for

After activating the program, please check if you are able to fix the issues shown in the maintenance scan.

I just paid for, downloaded, installed and ran TuneUp.  After running the app, it said I had 2000+ maintenance fixes.  So I click "fix"…and a screen pops up that says I have to pay even more.  So, as far as I can tell, I'm paying for an app that tells me I have a bunch of fixes but it won't fix them.  Am I missing something?  What good is the app if it doesn't resolve issues?
