Before proceeding with troubleshooting, please let us know the below information.
May I know exactly when do you receive that pop-up notifications? Is that while browsing or using specific application on your PC?
Have you tried to access the website which blocked by AVG?
Do you have any other antivirus programs installed on your PC?
Sometimes, multiple antivirus programs in the same pc might cause false positive issues, conflict with each other programs, and results in unprotected PC.
Please make sure your AVG Internet Security and virus definition are up to date.
