I have received an email saying you will be debiting my debit/credit card (number not identified) on 29 March 2020 to renew my subscription taken out on 14 August 2019 (original order number given as 65404291700). 
I did not think that I had a subscription with you. If I have got a subscription would you please cancel it, and not take any money out of my bank account on 29 March ?
