Notices account has expired

Goodday,

Can you PLEASE stop this ongoing arassment from AVG, telling me my account has expired,
I have done all the things you told me to do, but each and every time I turn my computer on
there is a message from AVG - "your trial period has expired, buy now".  PLEASE I can't tell
you how sorry I am that I have ever decided to use your program.  This is now from March 2016,
how long must I wait to be free from all these neverending messages.

I have done the above several times, and  am still receiving since my first correspondence with
AVG the same irritating answer "you trail has expired, buy PRO"! Can anybody please do some
thing about this problem please?? I need my computer to be protected and I have paid for this
protection, so I need you to solve this problem once and for all.  Thank you.

We are sorry to hear about that. As per our records, you purchased a subscription for AVG Performance multi device. Did you install AVG Zen? Please open it and check whether it is saying expiring on Protection component or Performance component. Thank you.

Why do I keep getting notices to update my AVG account, as it is paid in full until
January 2017.  This is realy frustrating me!!!  Help please?

I have checked my AVG Performance is actvated with my AVG Account.  The notice I  now
