Actually I had to uninstall PC Tuneup in order to allow Windows 10 to install at all. Only after I completed the Windows upgrade and the first batch of Windows Updates did I reinstall PC Tuneup. This started happening some number of days after that. I am currently using PC Tuneup. I did search to see if there were any recommendations against using PC Tuneup with Windows 10. I did not find any. I also looked for ways to whitelist this, but did not find any options for whitelisting a registry entry.

Has anyone seen this? I'm getting a notification every time I boot "Found registry key that prevents file upgrade.exe from running, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\upgrade.exe\\Debugger;"Secured";"9/10/2015, 10:13:03 PM";"Registry value";"c:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\AVG PC TuneUp\TuneUpUtilitiesService64.exe"
That's been every day for three weeks. During the same period, Windows Updates stopped installing, so there's about 30 of them waiting to be installed. I searched for a whitelist option in AVG, but this is not for a program, it's for a registry entry and there does not seem to be a way to do this. Any suggestions?

I was able to get Windows Updates working again on this computer, but had to repair the function before they would startup. I'm still seeing the pop up for the error, after Windows Updates completed.
