Ryan, You're OK in this topic. For help on your issue please try removing AVG TuneUp using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe) & then install latest paid version from the AVG website (http://www.avg.com/download.prd-tuh).

Hey Allan, speaking of that… everytime I try to update, it goes through the whole process and at the end it tells me it failed.  Should I start another thread with that question or can you help me out with that as well?

Hey All,

I'm not sure when this started but whenever I perform a single left click of my mouse button on the AVG PC Tuneup icon in my system task tray it brings up a window but the majority of it is off my screen.

I have no idea how to get the popup window to appear on my screen as it did before.

Any advise on how to get this fixed?

I'm running 14.0.1001.392 with Cleaning Definitions Version 2, Windows 8.1 Pro.

Ryan, The latest PC Tuneup version is actually 2014.519.
