Received a notification that my VPN subscription failed but getting messages also on the VPN
saying:
We can't validate your billing information to extend you subscription, Your coverage will expire in 651 days. WHAT THE!
Why is there not a direct email to AVG support so you can communicate with someone about these types of problems, Why do AVG hide behind these Walls, Why cannot AVG email me directly to get the problem rectified, why can they not just email me a bill that I can pay by PayPal to rectify the issue.
AVG has not got good customer service and expects customers to run around looking at screen after screen for solutions to potential problems when a direct email or web based support form could be used for a customer to be able to contact and then be contacted back.
AVG. IF YOU WANT THIS SUBCRIPTION RENEWED YOU WILL EMAIL ME DIRECTLY.
