Not sure what happened to you new PC, If you want try prescribe it in more details and I will try help you or you can try computer repair shop.

my computer was killed by the reported virus that AVG missed before your level 2 techs could get back with me to remove it. Now what do I do? thank you for your help. I am curently on a ten year old laptop. I want my brand new computer back up and running again please?
