This past month or so I have had nothing but nuisance notifications from AVG concerning my Internet security and threats and viruses.
From time to time, I am getting nuisance emails into my Inbox telling me that my Internet security protection has expired, and that I am at risk, when the icon on my desktop is telling me that I am good for the next 336 days. Is there any way to stop these nuisance emails from coming ?
The second problem I am having is that when I am online. AVG secure browser keeps sending me messages about threats and viruses to my desktop, as well as messages about my Internet security protection having expired, despite Adblock being on green. This is a major nuisance when I am trying to do something online.
I tried to solve these issues via the support page but could not do so as I keep getting taken to a dead end. Is there someone who can advise me on how to solve these problems within AVG ? . If these problems are not solved soon, then I intend to migrate from AVG at renewal to another provider.
