My account shows that my AVG programs are installed on two devices and have been on three, but this is not true.  I only have one device and AVG has been removed and reinstalled twice for two different reasons  How can I correct the number of devices that AVG is installed upon.

For 1 device. Used on 2. Details   (I only have one device but have reinstalled more than once.)

Let me clarify this for you.

The device count shown in the AVG program will also consider the number the times the program is reinstalled. So, we request you to ignore the device count.
