I purchased a two-year license for 10 devices on July 05, 2020 as suggested on the website. I bought it inside the AVG program. I received an e-mail with an activation code and information - exactly for 10 devices. I activated the program on two devices - PC and laptop. And today I accidentally open the subscriptions menu and see that my subscription has been changed to 1 device for two years and shows that I have 2 devices involved, which does not correspond to my subscription. WTF?
Now I tried to re-receive my activation code by e-mail here:

and got the answer that I have:
AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device - really?)
Number of devices: 1        O_o

Why did the subscription change?

I have an account on the AVG website but when I go to my subscriptions there is nothing there. If I try to go to support, then I am thrown to the default page without logging into my account - as shown at the top of the page. Maybe you will kick your sysadmins so that they check where the links go? I can't even just buy something in the store, because when I click the "buy" button, I am thrown out and again not logged into my account, and as soon as I click to enter, I again get into my account, which is empty. This is annoying.
