We are glad to clarify it. Our new licensing system will count active licenses from last 30 days. If you have uninstalled AVG product recently, AVG Myaccount count will change after 30 days. If you wish to know how to reinstall and activate AVG Ultimate, please refer the below article :

I have uninstalled a product from my pc but I don't know how to deactivate it. That is to say, in my subscriptions it is indicated that I am still using it on the PC from which I have uninstalled it.
