I have started to get numerous ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED events which make browsing very tedious.
From WEB searches it appears to be often linked with Chrome but as I use AVG's Secure Browser it isn't possible to use an alternative (?).  It's not clear if it is linked to using AVG VPN.

The error messages do not appear to be from particular websites. I did reset the AVG Secure Browser once and it may have reduced the number of ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED events a little but not easy to tell.
