Let's work together to fix it. Open AVG Internet Security -> Hacker Attacks -> Ransomware Protection -> Blocked/ Allowed apps -> Blocked apps -> remove if Ms Office is listed there.

Check with the status and revert us if you need further help.

If I open an Excel file, for example, with AVG turned on, I cannot save my work.
How can I get around this, as it is driving me mad?
