I understand your concern. Please be informed that it is not possible to install and activate AVG PC TuneUp without active Internet connection. It is mandatory to have internet to activate the product.

Looking to purchase and install TuneUp on a PC that is never connected to the internet.

Mark, AVG PC TuneUp off-line installation files [32 & 64 bit] are available here (https://www.avg.com/en-ww/download.prd-tuh). Updating requires an internet connection.
