Old Account on Android

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please share us the screenshot of the page (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows the Error message?

Hi, I have an old AVG account on my phone. I have tried to reassign it, tried to uninstall it, but whenever I reinstall it, it comes back with the old email account established. How can I get it with my normal established account?
