Hi All,

I cannot export certificate files. The certificates of AVG seem to have expired, when i view them from my email client Thunderbird. I read this forum and one of the mentioned options is to export the certificate form AVG. however this is not working. I tried the following

Uninstall AVG normally
Uninstall AVG with the Removal Tool from AVG in safe mode
Uninstall AVG with the Removal Tool from AVG in normal mode
Reinstall AVG in a different location.

None if these options is working, i think AVG certificates are broken on download and no update is done. Anyone knows a solution ?

I have the following Error when exporting:



Hopefully someone can help me, for the time being i just switch off the email shield for SSL transfers, and that are all of my accounts ;-(

Hello Bharath,

I have followed all the steps like three times to no avail.
furthermore, i tried it on another PC here, clean install exactly the same, so its not just contained to 1 PC but it looks like a general AVG problem. I need to export the certificate to Thunderbird. For now i just skip SSL scanning, but that is not why im using AVG of course.
