I purchased a new computer recently with Windows 8.1. I've had AVG protection for a few years and renewed last December, 2014. It's coverage for 3 computers. When I went into AVG site to find out what to do, I don't remember if I have an account or if I do, the password. So, I made a new account with a newer email. That was a mistake because now I'm told I have no history, probably under the older email and password I don't remember. Now I can't check it out and correct it because if I get email to the old account it could be going to spam and don't know how to look it up. The old email is (Email address removed) still have reason to continue with this old email addres. I am changing it to (Email address removed).
