I purchased a new computer recently with Windows 8.1. I've had AVG protection for a few years and renewed last December, 2014. It's coverage for 3 computers. When I went into AVG site to find out what to do, I don't remember if I have an account or if I do, the password. So, I made a new account with a newer email. That was a mistake because now I'm told I have no history, probably under the older email and password I don't remember. Now I can't check it out and correct it because if I get email to the old account it could be going to spam and don't know how to look it up. The old email is halfhaas@sti.net.I still have reason to continue with this old email addres. I am changing it to halfhaas1@gmail.
