On June 3, 2025 I got an application mpam-61ba2c40 installed in my Windows Temp directory

I cannot uninstall mpam-61ba2c40 because it does not appear in my applications.

I am thinking this is a new virus? I cannot access AVG or any other app.

Anyone ever hear of this?
