Hello Riki,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of AVG program that is installed and mention whether it is free, trial or paid version?
AVG programs are capable of detecting and removing the malware programs, however there are numerous number of malware programs emerging day by day and we are working 24/7 to add all those definitions to our database. We request you to start uninstalling all unknown, unnecessary programs from your computer, make sure you dont uninstall the windows programs. Also remove all the weird, unwanted add-ons, plugins, extensions, tool bars and search bars from your web browsers, if the issue persists, reset your browsers once. This should fix your issue.
Please feel free to contact us should you need any assistance.

Hello. I've been infected by pop ups virus few months ago, which has through the time infected my computer even more. I'd really love to finally get rid of it. I've tried many antivirus programmes and full AVG scan as well. AVG has found and deleted tons of BundleApp.YKN viruses and much things like that, but the virus still remains in my computer.
I think I've got infected from the site onclickads.net, and I really don't know what else could I do. I don't wanna loose any of my data, so disc formatting isn't the option I'm okay with. Could anyone help me please ?
@Aravindh Hello, when I try to install the AVG Secure Search, a message pops up during the instalation:
OOPS! Something's not quite right...
An unknown issue has prevented AVG Safeguard from instaling.
Please give it another try, and if the issue persists, contact our friendly support team for help.
I have this error when I try to download AVG Screenshot:
An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #132.d7b1102.1469361522.b700bae
And this after trying to install AVG Secure Search:
I have free AVG, and I've already tried looking for some suspicious programmes, but I did found nothing. And I looked up on the google the only programmes that I didn't know what are, and they seem fine.
