Hello Brett,
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Let us first confirm which AVG program is the reason behind this.
Firstly, let us start with AVG Anti-Track product which actually deals with the browsers in clearing the tracking cookies.
Open AVG Anti-Track program dashboard and click on "settings" from it.
Click on the check box that says "Enable tracking detection" and make sure that it is unchecked.
Once this is done, try to access the websites and inform the status here.
If this happens due to AVG Anti-Track, confirm whether it happens for all of the browsers or on a particular one.
For some reason one of the AVG products that I am using is blocking certen web sites that I know are safe, I know that it is AVG cause I unistalled all the programes and I could access the site reinstalled them and can't access the site.
Please can you give me a fix for this, I have gone and add the web site to accpeted web sites but it still does not work.
Thank you for checking that, Brett.
If you disable "tracking detection" option, live monitoring of your browsers will not occur.
However, AVG Anti-track will periodically monitor the tracking cookies of your browsers.
To access those websites, you can keep this option disabled.
This has worked on all the web sites that were blocked.
will this affect the way Anti Track works???
thanks for the help.
